I dealt with the owner today to return. Merchandise? He questioned why I was returning it. Never looked at me and after he processed the order. He threw my receipt on a keyboard again, not acknowledging me very poor customer service.

Happened on this place and was so pleased to see the variety of seedlings. Saw some plants that I usually order online because they are so hard to find. The prices are hard to beat and I have been back at least four times, I even gave the address to a couple that were shopping for seedlings at Home Depot and told them they would be better off going there. Hands down the best garden supply.

Unfortunately, while their pricing and deals are great I’m disappointed in the customer service. When I had made the order, I had requested them to deliver it right to where it needed to go and then they refused to drive there because of liability on ruining the lawn, even if I signed off on a waiver. So I agreed that they could drop it off in my driveway in a specific spot, but I had asked for at least a call ahead of time for when they were on their way so I can make sure it the tarp was laid out. I went outside to let my dogs out and noticed that they had just came in the early hours in the morning and just dropped it off and did not give me any kind heads up so it’s on the driveway and there is no tarp down or anything.. to me, unacceptable and frustrating.

Yesterday we visited Harken’s. We purchased a stone firepit and asked for the possibility to be delivered the following day. Extremely helpful, professional, punctual and pleasant. Christine was awesome to work with. We had the firepit built before the afternoon. Definitely worth the money!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 separate loads of 5-7” river rock the first one was amazing hardly any dirt mixed in. (1st pile of dirt from 1.5yard load first picture). The second delivery of 2 yards has so much dirt mixed in it’s going to take me 3 times as long to get through it. Called to see if it was normal and was told they advertise as unwashed…I guess I just lucked out on the first load
